General Policy for all contests is as follows:
Only one winner per household per 30 day period. Exceptions are point of purchase contests. Winners have 14 days to claim their prize unless other arrangements are made. Prizes are non-transferrable nor reedemable for cash. No substitutions allowed. Employees of WVLI WFAV and WIVR and their immediate families, contest sponsors, agents and affiliates are not eligable to win. Winners will be responsible for any federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses not specified as part of the prize. Entrants agree to allow the use of their name, voice and image in promotional campaigns. When entering a contest, entrants agree to and accept these rules in all matters relating to the contest.
